RGP Builders is supported by Lucie, who plays an important role in the day-to-day organisation and client experience of the business. Lucie helps keep projects running smoothly by managing administration, coordinating schedules, handling client communication, and ensuring jobs stay organised from enquiry through to completion.

With strong people skills and a professional approach, Lucie is often the first point of contact for clients, helping create a friendly and efficient experience. She also assists behind the scenes with quoting support, invoicing, supplier coordination, and general business operations.
